Our Team Background
Brandon Road's early career
experience was very instrumental in preparing him for a future
in Real Estate. Prior to obtaining his Real Estate license
in 2002 he worked in a variety of industries including Telecom,
Internet (dotcom), Graphic Design, Publishing, and Investments.
His strong points throughout his career have been sales, negotiation,
product development and marketing. Through a broad range of
experience he is able to apply his passion, creativity and
negotiation skills into helping people with their largest
investment – Real Estate. Brandon Road is also a
Movoto Certified Real Estate Agent.
On a personal level he has been fortunate enough
to travel the world and experience different cultures and
people. All the elements that make up our world including
language, art, music, religion, architecture, cuisine and
literature are a deep rooted passion for him. Diverse experiences
has helped him broaden his view of the world and better understand
people and their needs both personally and in business.
Brandon specializes in working with buyers/sellers of many areas including: Estates, Single Family Homes, Condos, Income Properties, Investment properties, Trustee Sale Purchases, Short Sales, Foreclosures, Commercial Properties, Relocation, Corporate Relocation, New Construction, Condo Conversions and International transactions.
Sunnie Road was born
in Rangoon, Burma and raised in the quiet suburbs of Maryland.
She moved to Los Angeles in the mid nineties to pursue a career
in fashion merchandising and marketing working in the field
of cosmetology and as a freelance stylist.
She was then brought on as C.O.O. for a leading
on-line retailer of designer swim wear and active wear. Her
obligations included negotiating with over 21 different vendors,
coordinating and improving distribution, managing and training
the entire staff as well as overseeing the company’s
operations from top to bottom. She was often traveling to
different destinations each year to fashion and textile shows
giving her a chance to see the latest in designs and trends
and meet with new and up and coming designers.
In 2005 she decided to take on the challenging
business of Real Estate. She explored different segments of
the business and decided to become a Realtor. She has been able to incorporate her prior sales, marketing and negotiation experience with modern technology to bring a unique blend of services. She utilizes her love
and passion for Southern California with her knowledge and
expertise in business and local information to provide you
with the superior service that you deserve.
