are some of the key resources we use and to advertise and
buyers use to find the home they are looking for. We make
sure that your home has the best online presence available
to match the perfect buyer with your property.
What do we do that others rarely ever do?
Unfortunately, most agents do not understand how to fully
utilize a computer or the web. Therefore, marketing tends
to lack essential items that help sell it, such as great descriptions,
digital photos, and numerous web site submissions. Pictures,
descriptions, and extreme exposure are required.
Many listings in your area do not have digital pictures or
few poor images. Have you ever looked at a listing and decided
to not look at a certain property because there was no photo?
All of our listings have a minimum of 10 photos.
We know how to search numerous listing services, tax records
and other web sites for hard to find properties, and are able
to immediately determine its value based on comparable sales.
Most agents only use one MLS to look for listings and never
utilizing the sophisticated search functions and notification
tools available.
Print Advertising
We automatically advertise in the Los Angeles Times Photo
Ads which are placed in the Saturday and Sunday's Home buying
Guide section. Pasadena Star News Classifieds and open house
section and Caravan Express and Dream Homes Magazine (when
applicable). We also send property postcards which are printed
and mailed to prospects and neighbors within your community.
Advertising to Realtors®
Broker Caravan is a very important way to advertise your home.
We always host your property on the local broker caravan.
This is a "Broker" open house, which allows local agents to
preview your property. Prudential Relocation is a very important
way to expose your property to buyers relocating from out
of the area who are looking for properties just like yours.
When you list your home with Prudential, you are automatically
listed and brought to the attention of Relocation clients
moving to the area.
Other Advertising
As soon as we set a date to list your home, we make
sure that a sign is visibly placed on the property, brochures
with photos and property information are placed in the home
for Realtors and prospective buyers. Open Houses are held
every weekend until you have an accepted offer.
In listing your property, we will make sure that it has the
best possible visibility and we will keep marketing your home
