Our Marketing Advantage

We have years of experience negotiating and strategizing which in turn gets you the absolute best price possible. Many agents are interested in making a commission from you; we are interested in developing a long term relationship. We do very little advertising of our services; we primarily work on a referral basis, and always based upon solid results. (References available upon request)

In recent years there has been an increase in "rookie" agents in the field. Be careful. If you entrust a large transaction with someone with less than a few years experience, be sure they have plenty of supervision by an experienced professional. Being nice to a family friend who is in real estate, or not interviewing Realtors® can easily cost you tens of thousands of dollars.

Online Marketing
Recent studies have reported that 85% of all home buyers use the internet to find their new home. The utilization of various web sites including but not limited to Multiple Listings Services (MLS's) which in turn post to web sites like homeasart.com, Realtor.com, Movoto.com and major portals like Google.com and Yahoo.com as well as niche advertising like craigslist.org are some of the key resources we use and to advertise and buyers use to find the home they are looking for. We make sure that your home has the best online presence available to match the perfect buyer with your property.

What do we do that others rarely ever do?
Unfortunately, most agents do not understand how to fully utilize a computer or the web. Therefore, marketing tends to lack essential items that help sell it, such as great descriptions, digital photos, and numerous web site submissions. Pictures, descriptions, and extreme exposure are required.

Many listings in your area do not have digital pictures or few poor images. Have you ever looked at a listing and decided to not look at a certain property because there was no photo? All of our listings have a minimum of 10 photos.

We know how to search numerous listing services, constantly look at area properties, review tax records and other web sites for hard to find properties in order to determine its value based on comparable sales. We are experts in the area and know the intricacies of our diverse neighbourhoods, home styles and pros and cons of floor plans, lot configurations and more. Most agents only use one MLS to look for listings and may never see homes in your area or utilize these important tools.

Print Advertising
We automatically advertise in the Outlook and the Los Angeles Times which is placed in the Saturday and Sunday's Home buying Guide section. Pasadena Magazine, Pasadena Star News Classifieds and open house section and Caravan Express (when applicable) are other print mediums we utilize. We often send property postcards which are printed and mailed to prospects and neighbours within your community as well.

Advertising to Realtors®
Broker Caravan is a very important way to advertise your home. We always host your property on the local broker caravan. This is a "Broker" open house, which allows local agents to preview your property. When you list your home with Prudential, you are automatically listed and brought to the attention of Relocation clients moving to the area.

Other Advertising
As soon as we set a date to list your home, we make sure that a sign is visibly placed on the property, brochures with photos and property information are placed in the home for Realtors and prospective buyers. Deasy/Penner & Partners also has a vast database of our agents' clients and with the whole agent community all of whom are emailed details and photos of your home upon signing your listing. Open Houses are also held until you have an accepted offer.
